
As it is rightly said, that you are the best judge of your griefs and sorrows. No body can better interpret the grief, anxiety or pain inside your body, mind or soul best than yourself. So why to depend upon others for your own body. We always expect for one or another things from others, may that could be your mother, father, brother, sister, wife or some good friends. Even at work we have expectation from our colleague some time. We some times unnecessary punish our body to show others that we care about them. Even we are not well but sill keeps on working at home accomplishing our daily small household chores thinking in mind that I am doing it for my family but literally we are not impressing them but deteriorating our own health.
Our first priority must be our body, mind and soul which need to be healthy, fit and tension free. If you are not happy and healthy you can never keep other happy. We are human being and has power of thinking, decision making and implementing the same. Only we know our body best like what is good for it, for whom I am allergic to, which foods is good or bad for me. So from your past experience you can best adjudge your body weakness, which you must avoid to stay healthy and fit.
